Its work runs through the Citation-to-Chair Protocol: a discovery step identifies the buying questions patients actually ask, the question set is agreed with the practice, and Citevio measures how the major AI engines answer those questions on a fixed, logged schedule.

DentalScapes' setup fee is stated as equal to one month's package price for each tier. It also states no long-term contracts, website ownership passing to the practice after 12 months, and ad spend billed directly by the ad platform. Citevio's plans have no lock-in and no notice period.

Does either agency guarantee AI placement?
