Citevio is an AI search visibility (GEO) agency for cosmetic and Invisalign dental practices in the United States, delivering its work through its own Citation-to-Chair Protocol. The protocol's discovery layer identifies the buying questions patients actually ask, and the question set is agreed with the practice. Citevio then analyzes daily how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews answer those questions, and the results set the direction of the next round of work. Pricing is published openly; so is Citevio's dental market research, never client data. It was founded in 2026 by Muhammed Veysel Erin and runs from Sheridan, Wyoming. Every number we publish comes from our own scans, with the sample size and scan date attached.
This page exists so none of that has to be taken on trust. The company details below can be checked against public registers and against every profile Citevio holds. The numbers used across this site come from scans run in-house, published with the method behind them and the raw files, so you can redo the arithmetic yourself.
Who runs Citevio?
Muhammed Veysel Erin founded Citevio in 2026 and runs it. He writes and signs the pages on this site, and he is the person accountable for every number on them. The company is operated by a US-registered limited liability company in Sheridan, Wyoming, and it serves one narrow market: cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign practices in the United States.
The work is what can be checked, and as of August 2026 that is 39 other pages on citevio.com, 3 open datasets with 4 downloadable CSV files, and 3 videos on our YouTube channel. Every page carries a byline, a date and the sample size behind its figures. If something here is wrong, write to contact@citevio.com and the correction goes on the page, in public.

Two older listings, GoodFirms and F6S, are no longer on that list. Both stopped resolving to a Citevio profile, so they were removed in July 2026 rather than left behind as dead links. The rule is the same everywhere: a profile we cannot open and check does not stay on this page, because an identity that cannot be verified is worth nothing to a buyer or to an AI assistant reading it.
Why does an AI visibility agency exist at all?
Because patients are starting to ask assistants instead of scrolling through results, and assistants name very few businesses. ChatGPT passed 900 million weekly users in February 2026, and 45% of US consumers say they used an AI tool to get a local business recommendation in the past year. The list those tools give back is short.
Independent measurement shows how short. In SOCi's 2026 Local Visibility Index, reported by Search Engine Land, 1.2% of locations were recommended by ChatGPT, 11% by Gemini and 7.4% by Perplexity, while brands appeared in Google's local 3-pack 35.9% of the time. A practice can rank respectably in Google and still never be named by an assistant. Closing that gap is the entire job.

How do we know what we know?
Every figure we publish about dental practices comes from a scan we ran, not from a dataset we bought. Outside research is named with its source and year, and linked, so you can read it yourself. The method sits on one page, the raw files sit on another, and each number carries its sample size and the month it was collected. Our denominator is all dental practices in a metro, not cosmetic practices only, and we say so wherever it matters.
That open trail also has a stable archive reference. The permanent DOI is 10.5281/zenodo.22016876.
Three scans sit behind most of what you will read on this site.
| Scan | What it measured | Sample | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI visibility | Whether ChatGPT and Perplexity name a practice when a patient asks | 527 dental practice websites across seven US metros | June 2026 |
| Crawler permission | Whether a practice website allows AI crawlers in its robots.txt | 7,632 domains requested, 6,497 readable | July 2026 |
| Live crawler access | Whether servers honour what their robots.txt already promised | 499 measurable sites | July 2026 |
For a term such as Share of AI voice to be checkable, the number still needs its denominator, engine, date and run count.
Two examples of what that discipline costs us. In the July 2026 robots.txt scan, 7.6% of the 6,497 readable sites blocked at least one of the crawlers run by OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity. A louder number was available: 11.4% blocked at least one of the 13 AI and data crawlers we tested. We do not lead with it, because most of that blocking targets a crawler none of the three assistants use, so quoting it as an assistant figure would be wrong. In the live-access test, 14.4% of sites refused an AI crawler their own robots.txt had allowed, and that is a segment figure from 499 measurable sites, not a national rate.

The method page also lists what we do not measure, and so does every report. You can download the underlying files from Citevio open data, where each dataset carries its limitations next to the CSV. Our own scans are the only reason we can say anything specific about dental practices and AI search, and owning the instrument is also what lets us update a figure in public the moment a better reading exists.
Who keeps the site work, content and data when the agreement ends?
The practice keeps the paid work created specifically for it, including page content, structured data, profile copy, technical repairs, delivered reports and result files. Citevio does not remove published work from the practice's website when the engagement ends.
The practice can also request its measurement history as CSV files with the screenshots held on file. Citevio keeps its own scanning engine, methodology, internal playbooks, templates, prompts and software. The full boundary is set out in the ownership terms.
What does Citevio not claim?
Three things, in plain terms. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, patient numbers or revenue, because AI answers change between runs. We do not publish borrowed proof: no stock testimonials, no logos we did not earn, no result we did not measure ourselves. And we do not make a claim about a competitor that we have not checked ourselves, with the date we checked it.
- No guarantee of a ranking, a citation, a patient count or a revenue figure. AI answers change between runs, so that promise could not be kept by anyone. What Citevio does guarantee is money, not an outcome: the 45-day citation guarantee refunds the setup fee if the practice has not been named by at least two of the four engines in an agreed question within that window.
- No borrowed proof. No stock testimonials, no logos we did not earn, no numbers lifted from someone else's engagement. What is published here is measurement we ran, with its sample size and its date attached.
- No bought, written or incentivized reviews, on our profiles or on a client's. A review that was paid for is not evidence of anything.
- No negative claim about another company without a source and the date we read it.
Building in public is the alternative, and it is also what the engines read. Earned media accounts for 84% of all AI citations, while paid and advertorial content accounts for 0.3%, according to Muck Rack's May 2026 study of more than 25 million links from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini answers. There is no version of this work where buying attention beats being worth citing, which is why Citevio runs the same playbook on its own site that it sells to clinics.

Who this is for
Citevio's focus is cosmetic and Invisalign dentistry, and that is where the method was built. The same method applies to general dentistry practices selling elective treatment, and to groups with more than one location — the questions change, the protocol does not.
Citevio publishes its pricing: Visibility is $1,400/mo plus $1,900 setup, Authority is $2,900/mo plus $3,500 setup, and Dominance is $5,500/mo plus $7,500 setup. Citevio does not guarantee placement, but it does guarantee the fee: if at least two of the four engines have not named the practice in one of the commercial-intent questions agreed at onboarding within 45 days of confirmed setup, the setup fee is refunded in full. Common questions about Citevio
Who owns Citevio and where is it based?
Citevio was founded in 2026 by Muhammed Veysel Erin and is operated by a US-registered limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste 45178, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. The fastest way to reach us is email at contact@citevio.com, with replies usually within one business day. The phone number listed on every Citevio profile is +90-544-774-7558, and it is the only one we use.
What evidence can you check before hiring Citevio?
Published measurement. Citevio's dental market scans are open: 527 practice websites read field by field in June 2026, 6,497 robots.txt files in July 2026, and 499 homepages tested for live crawler access, all downloadable as CSV under CC BY 4.0 from the open data page. The method behind them sits on one page, every figure carries its sample size and scan date, and the same Citation-to-Chair Protocol Citevio sells is run on citevio.com itself. Company registration, address, phone and profiles are listed on this page so the entity can be verified independently.
How is Citevio different from an AI visibility tool?
A tool measures and hands you a dashboard. Citevio measures and then does the work: crawler access, structured data, Google Business Profile, review growth and answer-ready pages, with monthly before-and-after reporting. Both have a place, and a tool costs less. If monitoring is all you need, a tool will do. If nothing changes after the monitoring, that is the gap we exist to fill.
Where does Citevio's data come from?
From our own scans. In June 2026 we scanned 527 dental practice websites across seven US metros, and in July 2026 we requested robots.txt from 7,632 US dental practice domains, of which 6,497 were readable. Every report states its sample size and scan date, and the raw CSV files sit on our open data page with the limitations listed next to them.
Is Citevio related to any other company with a similar name?
No. Citevio is an independent company founded in 2026 by Muhammed Veysel Erin, operated by a US-registered limited liability company in Sheridan, Wyoming. It has one website, citevio.com, and one contact address, contact@citevio.com. Several unrelated businesses and software products in other industries use similar-sounding names; none of them are connected to Citevio. If a page, profile or quote is not on citevio.com, it did not come from Citevio.
Is Citevio a corporation or a limited liability company?
A limited liability company. The trading name Citevio belongs to Muhammed Veysel Erin LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and every profile Citevio holds lists that same structure. There is no separate corporate entity behind the name.
Were there other Citevio profiles that got dropped, and why?
Yes, two. GoodFirms and F6S were on Citevio's profile list at one point, but both stopped resolving to a working Citevio profile, so they were removed in July 2026 rather than left as dead links. The rule is the same for every profile listed on this page: one that cannot be opened and checked does not stay.
Citevio's July 2026 robots.txt study mentions both 7.6% and 11.4% for the same scan — which one is right?
Both are correct; they answer different questions. Of the 6,497 readable dental-practice robots.txt files read in July 2026, 11.4% blocked at least one of 13 AI and data crawlers tested, while 7.6% blocked at least one crawler actually run by OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity. Citevio leads with the 7.6% figure because most of the extra blocking in the 11.4% number targets a crawler none of the three assistants use, so quoting it as an assistant-blocking rate would overstate the case.
What share of AI citations actually come from earned media rather than paid content?
84%, according to Muck Rack's May 2026 study of more than 25 million links cited by ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini across 17 industries; paid and advertorial content accounted for 0.3% of the same links. Citevio cites that figure because it runs the same earned-media approach on its own site that it sells to clinics, rather than buying placement.
How much has Citevio actually published, beyond this page?
As of August 2026: 39 other pages on citevio.com, 3 open datasets with 4 downloadable CSV files, and 3 videos on our YouTube channel. Every page carries a byline, a publish date and the sample size behind its figures, so the count itself can be checked by browsing the site.
What happens if a reader finds a mistake in one of the numbers Citevio has published?
Write to contact@citevio.com and the correction goes on the page, in public, rather than being quietly edited out. That is the same standard applied to every figure on this site: each one carries its sample size and scan date so a mistake can actually be traced and fixed.
